Wonderful place, I truly enjoyed efficient personnel.
it was fantastic base for traveling to soldeu, i was glad to stay there. the location was amazing, and the excellent breakfast was offered. besides, i was right next to a river and mountains. the room was spacious and what's more - included a spa bathtub, a bidet, and bathrobes.

the hotel is fabulous and located next to the slopes in Soldeu. Booked a room with lovely views of the mountains and nature. 3. Separate bathroom was big. 4. the staff was super friendly and amazingly nice, providing a great stay. 5. the venue's position was stunning and particularly good, being close to Andorra, directions, and restaurants around.

we were visiting Andorra for the wedding of a friends daughter.The hotel was perfect for meeting up with others staying at various hotels in Soldeu. The views were magnificent. The staff were very friendly and helpful with a few things we needed.
Breakfast was slightly disappointing. not the choice but the eggs were undercooked and omelette dry and tasteless.

It is an excellent Hotel, with a great SPA.
It seems not well prepared when is fully occupied as it was on the week of 20 of February. A big mess during the breakfast and lacking perssonal attention as we already experienced other years on the same Hotel.

Wonderful room with a fantastic view. Excellent, first-class establishment.
No wifi in room, although available throughout the public areas. The spa was completely closed on the day of our stay (a Monday). It appears this was mentioned in the hotel information but I missed it! I assumed some form of spa would be fully available, considering the name of the place!
